He is the Bread for the Life of the World!
Fr. Norm's Easter Homily
"Christ, Be Our Light!"
Thank you for being here! Thank you for all that you are. You are a beloved Child of God. In a world that so often is divided, Jesus Christ and His Church will remain, and forever pour love, peace and unity into the world. May you know His Love and Peace all the days of your life.
Peace and Love,
Fr. Norm
We are a vibrant Catholic parish that fosters life-long faith formation, evangelization, and community outreach centered around a daily relationship with Jesus Christ.
We are a welcoming Catholic community called together by Jesus Christ and guided by the Holy Spirit to live and share the love of God in our parish and in our daily lives.
In Sept. 27, the Catholic Church remembers Saint Vincent de Paul, the French, 17th century priest known as the patron of Catholic charities for his apostolic work among the poor and marginalized.
During a September 2010 Angelus address, Pope Benedict XVI noted that St. Vincent “keenly perceived the strong contrast between the richest and the poorest of people,” and was “encouraged by the love of Christ” to “organize permanent forms of service” to provide for those in need.
Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
